Warranty

Limited Warranty:
Aodhan Wheels warrants to the original purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when the wheels are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal road and highway driving conditions.

Warranty Coverage:
Aodhan Wheels, at its discretion, agrees to repair or replace any wheel found to be defective in materials or workmanship upon inspection, within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The original purchase invoice must be provided to validate the warranty claim.

Exclusions and Limitations:
Aodhan Wheels will not be responsible for transportation costs, damages, or losses caused by delays, failures, or any consequential damages arising from any cause whatsoever. Additionally, any charges incurred during the replacement of a defective product are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty is automatically void under the following conditions:
1. Alterations to the wheel, including changes to the bolt pattern, offset, or center bore.
2. Damage caused by washing, chemicals, acids, or abrasive cleaners.
3. Any appearance defects (such as scratches) that occur during mounting or while the wheels are on display.
4. Defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from shipping, transportation, off-road use, or abuse, including but not limited to damage caused by incorrect tire sizing (stretched tires), accidents, or negligence by any involved party.

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting your Aodhan Wheels distributor. A dated proof of purchase must be included with the wheel, and the item must be shipped freight prepaid to our facility. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not include the removal or installation of any tire.

An Aodhan Wheels representative will review all warranty returns. If the returned wheel is found not to be covered by warranty, it will be returned to the sender without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense.

Disclaimer:
This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided by Aodhan Wheels and is in lieu of all other express warranties, whether oral or written. Aodhan Wheels expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aodhan Wheels shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
